My story didn’t begin in marketing.
It began in people.

Before I was 21, I stepped into the world of running dental practices, learning quickly how businesses actually function behind the scenes. That experience shaped the way I see business today. I saw how clarity creates confidence, how structure supports growth. And how the right support can change someone’s entire path. Over the years, I’ve worked across administration, operations, and business ownership, always drawn to the same role: helping others move forward with more certainty and less overwhelm. That natural pull eventually became Be Mentioned, a space where strategy meets humanity, and growth begins with clarity.

At home, I’m a wife and a mum to an adult, 1 teen and a spirited nine-year-old, roles that constantly remind me that growth isn’t about pressure, it’s about support. I bring that same belief into my work. I believe people grow best when they feel seen. When they feel safe to explore ideas. When someone helps them find their own way forward. That’s the approach I bring to every client I work with. Grounded strategy. Practical thinking. And a deep respect for the person behind the business.
